| A | We have put together a complete sales package that gives you the best chance of selling. You get all the listings, reports and information provided by any traditional agent at a fraction of the cost. Unlike “direct sales sites” we do not rely on our site to attract buyers – this doesn’t work. We use tried and tested leading sites such as Domain and Real estate.com but cost the same as the direct sales sites. |

| A | Your username is simply your email address you used to register. If you have forgotten your password please go to our home page -top right- and you will be able to request that your password is sent to your e-mail address. If you are still having problems send us an e-mail. |
| Q | It sounds very cheap, why is the cost so low? |
| A | There is no catch or hidden fees. Through partnerships we have been able to negotiate bulk buy discounts on all aspects of our services. We ask you to be more involved in some aspects of your sale and this minimises fees. We only ask that you refer our services so that we can keep the price this low through volume of sales. |

| A | If you are a seller, please either e-mail us or call our number and one of our consultants will be in touch. If you are a buyer all contact details for a particular property are to be found on the listing on our Buy Page. |
| Q | What does fixed fee agency mean? |
| A | We are a real estate agent, however we have chosen to provide our services in a new way that keeps your costs down and still gets you the sale. We charge you a one off fee of $799 and ask you to be more involved in the sale. You will get the same result and save money. |
| Q | Is it necessary for me to have a conveyancer or specialist property lawyer to sell my home? |
| A | Yes, you are legally bound to have a Contract for Sale before we can market your property and your lawyer will provide one. We have sourced a number of good quality well priced conveyancers who will be able to explain the process. Visit or resources page and contact one of our conveyancing partners once you have signed up with us. |
| Q | I’m not sure I have the confidence to negotiate to sell my home for the best price, what do you do to help me? |
| A | Follow the pricing guide, decide on your ideal offer, use our tips in the Essential Guide and you will have no problems. Unlike at an auction negotiating this way gives everyone time to think and make decisions. You will have time to put down the phone and consider all offers before making a final decision. Once you have a verbal offer you are happy with your conveyancer will take things from there. Remember in the end a buyer will pay what they think your property is worth. |
| Q | What if I don’t get an offer for my house? |
| A | As with any service provider we cannot guarantee success. There are many factors that can affect a sale and some are out of our control. What we can promise is that you will be given all the exposure, listings and support to maximise your chance of a sale. Of course your listing remains on all the major sites until the property is sold and you can amend your listing at any time. We also provide guidance on the reasons why you may not have received an offer and suggest ways to put this right. |
