Step 2 - Meeting Legal Requirements
You will need a conveyancing lawyer for the duration of your sale. Simply go to our Resources Page and contact one of our recommended conveyancers, they will explain everything you need to know and their fees are outlined on our site. You will need to obtain a Contract for Sale before we can put your listing out to the general public, the conveyancer can arrange this straight away. Your conveyancer will also be important at the completion of your sales process and will take care of everything once you have an offer from your buyer.
